Troels Posborg

Troels Posborg, who holds several patents in the field of container vessel design, graduated as a naval architect in 1981. Since then he has been involved in the design, contracting/negotiation, production and delivery of new buildings. He has been involved in the design of several hundred vessels of a wide range of types, such as Cruise vessels, Naval Ships, Fast Ferries, Ro-Ro’s, AHTS, Supply Vessels, Ropax, LNG Carriers, Car Carriers, and Container vessels of sizes from 2.500 TEU to 18.000+ TEU. During the last 20 years before he retired in 2018 he was employed by A.P. Moller-Maersk in a large variety of capacities, i.e. Project leader, Project Manager, Senior General Manager, Head of Naval Architects, Senior Lead Specialist etc.
